Profile views and customer actions for every branch across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Bahadurgarh, split into three periods to separate ad-driven activity from the organic baseline.
P1 = 26 Jun – 22 Jul (PMax at full spend) · P2 = 23 Jul – 24 Aug (PMax stops 3–4 Aug) · P3 = 25 Aug – 23 Sep (no PMax). 57 stores in the "All Branches" group; Laxmi Nagar, Kalkaji and Model Town only have 90-day data.
The campaign served only the stores in its two location groups, "Low Performing Branches" (24) and "under 100" (7, one overlap). Grey bars show its clicks per day.
Maps views collapsed once the campaign stopped. Search held up far better.
Ranked by impact on calls and walk-ins.
Names such as "Get cash for your gold", "gold & silver buyer" and "Trusted Buyer Of Gold" don't breach the High Court decree, but Google only allows the real-world business name. Competitors can report these edits and trigger suspensions. Lajpat Nagar is the most exposed.
The decree (CS(COMM) 1097/2018) bars only the exact phrases "Cash for Gold" and "Gold Buyers" in names and titles. Phrases that add words before or after them are allowed. Every profile name that uses these words modifies them, for example Kamla Nagar's "Get cash for gold coins", so no rename is needed for the decree.
Calls fell from 206 a day (26 Jun – 22 Jul) to 50 a day (25 Aug – 23 Sep). The campaign served only 30 of the 57 stores (location groups "Low Performing Branches" and "under 100"). Their calls fell from 180 to 20 a day and their Maps views from 22.7K to 353. The 27 stores outside it were flat on Maps and their calls rose slightly (26 → 31). All 30 got the Maps exposure, but calls only rose at six: Kailash Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Dwarka Sec 10, Janakpuri, Rani Bagh and Indirapuram (Jaipuria). If it restarts, target those six. The campaign cost ₹1.98L over the period, roughly ₹33 per extra call. Its Ads conversion count is unreliable, so check July vs September walk-ins and deals in the CRM before deciding whether it was really "non performing".
In the latest 30 days the leaders are Greater Noida (Gamma) 79, Indirapuram (ATS) 77, Noida Sec 18 74, Gurugram Sec 31 70 and Gaur City 65. The top five now carry 24% of calls, not 64%. Lajpat Nagar had 32 calls against 4,427 over the full 90 days.
The 26 profiles with a Google store code looked weak over 90 days because ads filled their Maps views. Without ads they convert better: 9.8 calls per 1,000 views against 7.7 for the rest. They get 1.9K views per store vs 4.3K, so the gap is visibility. Reviews, photos, posts, services and a sharper primary category are the levers.
Vaishali, Rajouri Garden and Burari had no calls in the full 90 days and none in the latest 30, while still getting direction requests. The phone number is most likely missing or wrong on these profiles.
Only 175 website clicks in the latest 30 days (6 a day, down from 62). 30 of 57 stores had fewer than 3. Point each profile to its own store page, tagged with UTM parameters, so branch traffic can be tracked.
Messages and bookings are 0 across all 60 stores. A valuation-appointment booking link and a WhatsApp chat link give sellers a way to act without calling.
Direction requests fell only 32% (218 → 149 a day) while calls fell 76% and website clicks 91%. Walk-in intent is the most stable signal and is spread across stores: Gurugram Sec 31, Noida Sec 18 and Faridabad NIT lead in the latest 30 days.
How to read this. "Views" is Google's count of people who saw the profile on Search or Maps. Calls, directions and website clicks are button taps on the profile. Messages, bookings and food/hotel metrics were 0 for every store and are left out.
Periods. 25 Aug – 23 Sep (30 days) and 23 Jul – 24 Aug (33 days) are direct exports. 26 Jun – 22 Jul (27 days) is the 90-day export minus the other two. Periods differ in length, so trends compare per-day rates. One store (Yamuna Vihar) came out slightly negative in the derived period because of Google's rounding and is set to zero.
Ads. PMax clicks per day come from the Google Ads account. The campaign spent ₹1.98L between 26 Jun and 6 Aug, with spend dropping to near zero on 4 Aug. "₹33 per extra call" assumes the fall in calls from the first period to the latest is entirely due to the campaign stopping.
